I’m posting the original, because that’s probably what most people want to hear, but I was reminded of this song by a cover done by one of my favorite American Idol contestants ever, Haley Reinhart. I’ve watched American Idol regularly since the second season, and I’ve never seen an AI contestant get treated so unfairly by the judges in all my years of watching. Despite all the odds stacked against her, Haley got to the third spot before leaving the show, and she got to do this song as one of her last numbers. A fitting tribute to a great vocalist.
Fleetwood Mac wasn’t bad either.
